Return Policy
Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to FrontierSurvival.net, for any reason, for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the product is defective, if not the customer pays shipping):
- Any unopened food item
- Any item from our store in new condition with original packaging and accessories
Please note that we can process returns and refunds at our facility only for items purchased directly from FrontierSurvival.net. If you have purchased an item from one of our vendors please contact us as soon as possible to schedule a return. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 10 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will not be accepted.
Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
FrontierSurvival.net can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please email us to arrange for exchange. There may be shipping charge assessed in the event of an exchange.
Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:
- Email us to obtain a approval of your return. You will be financially responsible for all shipping costs that are returned to you, that do not have prier approval.
- Pack the items securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
- Schedule a pick-up with your mail carrier.
- Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.
In addition, if your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
