Our Yellow Corn Meal has been carefully processed from selected food-grade yellow corn. The corn milling process is a dry grinding process where the germ and corn oil are removed. The product is then sifted into a granular or meal consistency. You’ll find Honeyville’s Yellow Corn Meal excellent for making corn meal bread or muffins. Enjoy this product as a traditional corn meal mush, corn bread or muffins.
