Un-shelled sunflower seeds are also used in salads, as a garnish, and as an ingredient in various dishes. Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of dietary fiber, protein, Vitamin E and linoleic acid (an essential fatty acid). Our Sunflower Seeds are UNSALTED and have the shell removed.
