Our Cracked Wheat is made from "table grade" Whole Grain Hard Red Wheat. It is cleaned, processed and packaged following current Utah State "table grade" guidelines.
Cooking Directions: Add one part cracked red wheat to 4 parts boiling water. Add a pinch of salt for flavor. Cover pan and simmer 25 to 30 minutes, stirring gently. Enjoy.
